Covid-19 Update (June 2022)

We are committed to providing a safe space to visit and play and are following all provincial mandates related to Covid-19.

At this time masking and vaccination passport are not required in our facility.

 

rules of play

  • All visitors must remove outdoor footwear and wear socks inside.

  • All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • Outside food is only permitted during rentals and MUST be kept in the Party Zone. Please note we are are an allergy aware facility. Snacks must be Peanut/Tree Nut Free and will be checked.

  • A selection of snacks and drinks are available for purchase on site

  • Food and drink are not permitted in the Play Space. Seating and tables are provided for enjoying snacks.

  • VISITOR MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE IF RULES ARE NOT RESPECTED.

Rental terms

  • We offer 3 types of rentals:

    • Party Zone Rentals: The Party Zone includes a private party room plus 2 reserved picnic tables for your group. During your rental, the Play Space is open to the public for drop ins as well as for the use of your group. Available in 2 hour bookings.

    • Private Party Rentals: This is a fully-private booking with exclusive use of the entire facility. The party room is not usually used for this type of booking as your guests can enjoy the full seating area in the facility privately. Available in 1.5-2 hour bookings.

    • By-the-hour Play Space rentals: (CURRENTLY ON HOLD AS OF MAY 2023) Fully private and exclusive use of the Play Space during your rental. Booked by the hour.

  • Outside food and drinks are only permitted during rentals and MUST be kept in the Party Zone area. Please note we are are an allergy aware facility. Snacks must be Peanut/Tree Nut Free and will be checked.

  • A selection of snacks and drinks are available for purchase on site, however Beyond! Indoor Play does not provide any additional catering services. Hosts must bring their own birthday cake and treats, along with eating utensils, dishes, etc.

  • Beyond! Indoor Play will take care of all clean-up after your rental. Hosts are only responsible to collect any items they wish to take home with them.

  • Party Hosts may arrive 15 minutes early for set-up.

  • Party Hosts must begin packing up 5-10 minutes before the end of their booking so they can leave on time.

payments and refund policy

  • Party bookings (Party Zone or Private Party bookings) require a $150 non-refundable deposit in person or by EFT/EMT within 24 hours of booking. Please follow the instructions in your confirmation email from Schedulista to make payment.

  • Balance of payment for party bookings is due in person on the date of rental.

  • By-the-hour Play Space bookings require full payment by EFT/EMT at time of booking. Please follow the instructions in your confirmation email to make payment.

  • Rescheduling: We can only reschedule without a fee if Beyond! Indoor Play Ltd closes due to weather or due to operational issues. A $75 Rescheduling Fee is applied to anyone choosing to change their party date with less than one month’s notice. Prices and details of this policy are subject to change.
